The online store's stock is limited. For a larger quantity, please contact us directly so that we can check availability and propose an optimal supply solution.

We offer preferential prices for wholesale orders, and the minimum order for this type of purchase is communicated by phone and is largely conditioned by the current year's harvest.

We ensure flexibility in composing packages, and delivery and payment terms are mutually agreed upon depending on the desired volume.

PAYMENT METHODS

Online payment with bank card – fast and secure, through authorized processors.

Bank transfer (payment order) – valid for manually confirmed orders. Payment information will be sent via email.

Billing details – we offer tax invoices for all products, regardless of whether you are an individual or a legal entity. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, and the invoice is issued afterwards.

In the case of special or wholesale orders, payment terms can be mutually agreed upon.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

We do our best to make the purchasing process simple, clear and secure, from placing the order to receiving the product.

 

In the country, we ship orders via the Cargus courier service, generally within a few business days of order confirmation. For products with limited availability or customized, the delivery time and method may vary, and in this case we will contact you for confirmation.

The delivery cost is displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the order value, weight or location.

And externally, the delivery method is established by mutual agreement following a telephone discussion or on WhatsApp.

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with the products purchased from our store. At the same time, we respect the legal framework in force and ensure that our return policy is clear and fair.
 

For products sold in our store, we accept returns in accordance with the law, if the packaging has not been opened or damaged.
 

If the product has been unsealed, used or the packaging has been compromised, it can no longer be returned, for reasons of health protection and food safety, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, art. 14/16, letter e).

Avem ca obiectiv monitorizarea atentă a producției, reducerea pierderilor, precum și evidențierea unui mod de lucru sustenabil, bazat pe valorificarea completă a resurselor. Descrierea activității: În activitatea de producție și a procesului de valorificare, folosim metode naturale si ecologice de lucru, iar surplusul vegetal rezultat este direcționat către compostare.  Definirea risipei alimentare: În contextul activității desfășurate, risipa alimentară este definită ca reprezentând materia primă care nu este valorificată în timp util, precum și pierderile apărute în procesul de uscare sau depozitare. Nu este considerat risipă, materialul vegetal utilizat pentru compost, întrucât acesta este reintegrat în circuitul natural și contribuie la fertilizarea solului. Fluxul de producție și puncte critice: Procesul de producție include mai multe etape succesive: recoltarea florilor, separarea stigmatelor, uscarea, depozitarea acestora și, în final valorificarea. Principalele puncte critice unde pot apărea pierderi sunt întârzierea procesului de uscare, condițiile necorespunzătoare de depozitare (în special umiditatea ridicată) și manipularea excesivă a materiei prime. Măsuri de prevenire a risipei: Pentru reducerea riscurilor de pierdere, se aplică măsuri precum uscarea florilor în maximum 24 de ore de la recoltare, asigurarea unui spațiu de depozitare aerisit și uscat, implementarea rotației stocurilor și realizarea unei recoltări etapizate, pentru a evita acumularea unui volum prea mare de materie primă într-un interval scurt. Valorificarea integrală – punct forte: Grădina Cu Șofran adoptă un model sustenabil de valorificare integrală a producției, în care florile sunt utilizate pentru obținerea ceaiului, resturile vegetale sunt transformate în compost, iar compostul rezultat este folosit pentru fertilizarea solului. Acest circuit închis contribuie la atingerea unui nivel aproape zero de risipă alimentară. Concluzie: Prin modul de organizare și desfășurare a activității, reușim să minimizăm risipa alimentară, valorificăm integral materia primă și susținem un model de agricultură circulară, responsabilă față de mediu, cu rezultat aproape zero de risipă alimentară.
